A Brooklyn man was sentenced to a long time behind bars attacking 61-year-old lady with a rock as she swept a sidewalk in Queens the day after Thanksgiving 2021 — an assault that claimed her life three months after the violent assault.
Queens District Lawyer Melinda Katz introduced Wednesday that Elisaul Perez was sentenced to twenty years in jail and 5 years of post-release for attacking GuiYing Ma.
Perez, 33, pleaded responsible final month to manslaughter within the first diploma.
