Police arrested a person who allegedly stabbed his grandfather to loss of life inside his Lengthy Island residence.
John Pilgrim was inside his residence on Hounslow Street in Shirley Monday night, when his grandson stabbed him in an assault simply earlier than 8 p.m., in accordance with Suffolk County police.
The 80-year-old Pilgrim was pronounced useless at the scene. His grandson, 34-year-old Christopher Clarke, ran from the house instantly after the alleged killing.
