Firefighters Hurt in Early Morning Fire – NBC New York

Six firefighters have been hospitalized following an early morning multi-alarm hearth in the Williamsburg part of Brooklyn, in response to the FDNY.

The Tuesday morning hearth broke out at round 3:39 a.m. at a three-story mixed-use constructing that homes a restaurant and residences on Union Avenue and rapidly prolonged to all of the flooring.

The fireplace was elevated to a 3 alarm hearth by 4:37 a.m. with 33 FDNY items and 138 firefighters responding to the scene to help in extinguishing the flames.

Though the fireplace was positioned underneath management at 5:39 a.m., the method culminated with six firefighters damage and brought to space hospitals, the FDNY mentioned. The extent of their accidents was not instantly identified.

The reason for the fireplace stays underneath investigation.
