A 16-year-old Manhattan woman died after being stabbed in the neck, and cops have recognized her boyfriend as the first suspect in the case, authorities say.
Saniyah Lawrence, who lived on West 112th Avenue, was discovered gashed in an condo on Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard when NYPD officers responded to a name a couple of stabbing round 5:40 p.m. Sunday.
Lawrence was pronounced useless at a hospital a short while later.
The NYPD stated Monday it was on the lookout for 18-year-old Zyaire Crumbley, Lawrence’s boyfriend, in connection together with her killing, which they are saying occurred after some form of argument. The character of the dispute wasn’t clear.
