If the signatories of the Minsk agreements responded to reports of the OSCE SMM and fulfill their promises, people on both sides of the demarcation line would cease to suffer. This was stated by former first Deputy head of the Special monitoring mission of the OSCE Alexander hug, the TV channel NEWSONE.
He stressed that the parties show each other the finger and blame in the failure of the Minsk agreements not to work and instead you need to take some action.
“To stop the violence on the line of collision, it is necessary to find a solution… every day, We have enumerated violations is, of course, not all of them, because they allow us to see, but what we see in black and white says in the report. If those who signed the agreement react if they kept their promises, the situation would be improved and people on both sides do not suffer from this constant madness”, – he stressed.
