The decree approves the regulations of the state scholarships named Lukyanenko. They will be able to as held citizens and released.
“Public scholarship in the amount of three times the subsistence minimum for able-bodied persons. Assigned to 100 scholarships per year”, – the document says.
If a citizen will not be able to get a scholarship, as illegally held in Russia, Crimea or parts of Donetsk and Lugansk regions, the money to his family members. For this you need a statement written by a citizen held in the presence of his lawyer and certified last.
A citizen may be deprived of the scholarship, if in accordance with the law will clearly state that his actions were or are aimed at the occupation of the territory of Ukraine, loss of control of the state organs of Ukraine over the territory, support of the occupation authorities and illegal armed groups, the violation of human rights or international humanitarian law.
