A Long Island man who was convicted of hitting Nicki Minaj’s father together with his automotive, getting out of the automobile and searching on the sufferer, then getting again into the automotive and driving away, has been sentenced to at least one 12 months in jail, prosecutors stated.
Charles Polevich, of Mineola, pled responsible in Could to leaving the scene of an accident with out reporting it and tampering with bodily proof, each of that are felonies. Decide Howard Sturim sentenced him Wednesday and fined Polevich $5,000 and suspended his license for six months.

In response to prosecutors, Polevich hit 64-year-old Robert Maraj on the intersection of Rosyln Highway and Raff Avenue on Feb. 12, 2021.
