Man dead after being pushed onto the subway tracks at Upper West Side station

A 34-year-old man is dead after being pushed onto the tracks at an Upper West Side subway station throughout the early hours Friday morning, police mentioned.

The sufferer was discovered by cops at round 2 a.m. on the tracks at the 96th Road Station with a laceration to his head. Police arrived on the scene after a report of an assault.

EMS staff lifted the sufferer up onto the platform and transported him to Mount Sinai Morningside hospital, the place he succumbed to his accidents.

Police mentioned a 28-year-old man, recognized as Andre Boyce, was arrested at the scene and expenses are pending.

The title of the sufferer has not been launched, pending household notification.
