NJ Mother, 2 Kids Killed After Landlord Didn’t Change Locks, Lawsuit Alleges – NBC New York

A New Jersey girl “begged” her condo advanced to alter the locks on her door after she was granted a restraining order towards her husband. The advanced failed to satisfy her request, and he or she and two kids have been fatally stabbed of their dwelling, a lawsuit filed on the household’s behalf claims.

The lady, Ruth Esther Reyes de Severino, and her kids, Eurianny, 5, and Eury, 2, have been killed on Feb. 5, 2020. Police discovered the our bodies within the household’s Penns Grove Gardens condo after they found the stays of Reyes de Severino’s husband, Eugenio Severino, in a close-by park, in response to the lawsuit, which was obtained by NBC Information.

The lawsuit claims that Eugenio Severino died by suicide after he murdered his household. Penns Grove police didn’t instantly reply to a request for remark Tuesday.

The lawsuit, filed final month in Salem County Superior Courtroom, alleges wrongful demise, negligence, breach of contract and negligent hiring. (*2*) the lawsuit says.
