NYC Summer Fitness Classes Back at Manhattan Piers – NBC New York

The Hudson River Park has introduced again its summer season programming after a two-year pandemic hiatus.

For the remainder of the summer season (till Sept 2.), free health courses shall be provided on the pier each weekday.

Mondays are the Excessive-Depth Interval Coaching (HIIT) class at Pier 25 at N Moore St., whereas Yoga Tuesdays are in Tribeca and happen at Pier 26 at N Moore St., and HIIT Wednesdays happen at Pier 46 at Charles St.
