The off-duty cop who was shot in the top in Brooklyn over the weekend has died, the NYPD mentioned Tuesday night.
Authorities mentioned Adeed Fayaz, 26, died on Tuesday after being hospitalized since a Fb Market transaction went unsuitable on Ruby Avenue in East New York on Saturday evening. The officer and his brother-in-law have been making an attempt to purchase a $24,000 Honda Pilot marketed on the location when a suspect, later recognized as 38-year-old Randy Jones, allegedly pointed a gun on the officer’s head and demanded money, police mentioned.
