Police are looking for extra potential victims after they stated a suspected serial rapist attacked three individuals, two of them teenage women, in a span of 4 months in Queens.
Investigators on Thursday introduced the arrest of 28-year-old Andres Portilla, who was charged with the kidnap, rape and aggravated sexual abuse of three individuals — a 21-year-old lady and two 15-year-old women.
