The fire in California destroyed locations from the set of “World Wild West”

A forest fire in California destroyed the historic location of the “Western town” at paramount Ranch in AGOURA hills. The location was used for filming the first two seasons of “Wild West” along with other similar decorations, according to Variety.

“At the moment, work on the “World Wild West” is not possible. Since the area was evacuated, we do not yet know the extent of the damage that was done is located there designs. Our thoughts are with those who suffer from these terrible fires,” – said in a statement HBO.

It is noted that the Ranch was purchased by Paramount in 1927 to accommodate the different scenery. Over the years, here was filmed many movies and series, including the show “Dr. Quinn” and the movie “the lake House”. Before the ranch was opened to the public, it was used for the races.
