Japanese auto giant Toyota Motor Corp. and Subaru Corp. withdraw more than 400 thousand vehicles worldwide to repair faulty engine parts, which can occur sudden stop of the car.
As reported by MarketWatch, the campaign involves some of the most popular Subaru models including Forester, Impreza and BRZ that were made from January 2012 to September 2013.
In turn, Toyota is Recalling 80 thousand cars. Including in the US, this applies to about 25 thousand sports cars Scion FR-S, issued between March 2012 to July 2013.
Previously Ford has taken the decision to recall about 1.5 million vehicles in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The reason was problems with the fuel supply system.
