A girl fought again after a person tried to steal her purse whereas she was in the parking zone of a grocery retailer in Wallingford on Saturday.
Officers have been referred to as to Cease & Store on North Colony Highway round 1 p.m. after getting a report of an tried purse snatching.
Authorities stated the lady reported that whereas putting her groceries into her automobile, a silver four-door BMW stopped about one automotive size previous her. The male passenger reportedly then exited the automobile and snatched the lady’s purse that was in her purchasing cart.
The male then ran again to the BMW. Whereas re-entering, police stated the lady caught up, reached into the automobile and grabbed her purse.
In accordance to police, the driving force then started to drive and the lady held onto her purse, getting dragged in the method. She suffered minor accidents in the incident.
After the automobile traveled a brief distance, it stopped. The male passenger then pushed the lady away from the automobile and she or he managed to retrieve her purse, officers stated. She stated she then ran and hid between different autos as she watched the BMW circle the lot after which go away towards North Predominant Road.
The automobile the suspects have been in was recognized as a 2014 BMW X6 with Connecticut license plate of AH38573. Investigators stated it was stolen out of North Haven about an hour and a half earlier than this incident.
